Wash your nose with water and mild soap to remove oil, sweat, or skincare products. Make sure your skin is completelydry before applying the nose strip this helps it stick properly and work effectively.
Step 2: Remove the protective backing halfway.
Peeloffhalf of the protectivebacking from the nose strip. This allows you to position the strip accurately before fully applying it.
Step 3: Apply the Nose Strip Correctly
Place the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
Note: Nose shapes vary, so positioning may take a little adjustment.
If the strip feels uncomfortable, remove it and try placing it slightly higher or lower until it sits comfortably.
Step 4: Hold it for 15-30 seconds
Gently press and hold the nose strip in place for 15–30 seconds, rubbinglightly
to help activate the adhesive and ensure a secure fit.
Want to remove the strip?
To remove the strip, use runningwater and peel it off slowly. If the adhesive still feels strong, keep using water and remove gently.
