Setting it up#

• Packs into the carry bag and sets up in about 10 minutes without tools.
• The round shape improves airflow and heat distribution.
• Water and UV resistant, so you can use it indoors or outdoors. For the full 85°C we recommend indoor use.
• Place it on a flat, level surface with some space around it, and plug the heater into a standard wall outlet.

Using it#

• Set your time and temperature on the interface.
• Reaches 85°C in 15 to 20 minutes.
• Always use the included protective sleeves at high temperatures.

Energy use#

• Energy cost is less than €0.50 per session.

Cleaning and storing#

• Let the pod cool down fully before you pack it away.
• Wipe the inside dry to prevent moisture building up.

Safety#

• Heat therapy is not for everyone. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition or low blood pressure.
• Stay hydrated and step out if you feel dizzy or unwell.
• Never leave the heater running unattended.

• 2 years from date of purchase.
