Specifications
- Height: 76 cm (30 in)
- Diameter: 80 cm (32 in)
- Water capacity: 416 L (110 gal)
- Empty weight: 4 kg (8 lbs)

Setting it up
- No installation, power or fixed spot needed. Use it in the garden, on the balcony, or anywhere with a flat, level surface.
- Assemble the frame (it sets up in minutes) and place the tub.
- Fill with water. The insulated tarpaulin PVC walls keep the water cold for hours.
Using it
- Add ice to reach your target temperature. Most people aim for 10 to 15°C (50 to 59°F). If you're new to it, start warmer, around 13 to 15°C, and work down as you adapt.
- Start with a short plunge of 1 to 2 minutes and build up to 2 to 3 minutes. A common guideline is around 11 minutes of cold immersion per week, split over 2 to 4 sessions.
- Don't go below 4°C (39°F) unless you're experienced. Get out if you feel numb or dizzy, or start shivering uncontrollably.
Draining and storing
- Use the drain to empty it quickly.
- Refresh the water regularly, and always after heavy use.
- Dry the walls before folding it away to prevent mildew.
Safety
- Cold exposure is not for everyone. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition or high blood pressure.
- If you are new to cold exposure, do not plunge alone.
Warranty
- 1 year from date of purchase.
